Join the ACT Greens
There has never been a better time to join the ACT Greens!
To kick off the 2007 election campaign the ACT Greens are offering a special 2 for 1 deal for anyone joining the Greens from now until the 31st of December 2007.
This is our best chance ever of electing a Greens Senator in the ACT. Our Senate candidate Kerrie Tucker is a 50-50 chance to unseat Liberal Gary Humphries and immediately break the Coalition hold on the Senate at this year's election, according to election analyst Malcolm Mackerras.
The Greens will take action on climate change and be a strong, independent voice in the Senate.

Would you like to become a Greens member?
As an ethical party that closely scrutinises funding from corporations, we rely on our members and supporters. By joining the ACT Greens, you can become part of the growing global movement towards a sustainable future for the planet.
What does being a member mean?
You can choose to receive information that will allow you to decide how active you want to be. Members are informed of a range of events and activities through channels they can select. Being a member means that you are able to vote at General meetings, be a part of the decision making within the Greens, be actively involved on committees and run for office.
Are there any constraints?
The only constraint is that you are not allowed to be a member of another political party. You are encouraged to express your ideas on any issue. That is the beauty of belonging to a group that supports participatory democracy and freedom of speech!
When you become an ACT Greens member, you automatically become a member of the Australian Greens.
Join either via our secure website, or by printing the Membership Application Form and posting it to us. Your application will be processed and you will hear back from our Membership Coordinator shortly.
